This makes a great marinade for meat or vegetables. It would be particularly good with salmon.
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
3 gloves garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 cup naturally fermented soy sauce
Whisk all ingredients. Makes 3/4 cup.
